Raport in heath-tech is the new solution to bring ownership of health information back to the patient and utilize artificial intelligence to help them navigate the complex medical care system and make them a main character in their health journey.

What are the main features of Raport?

Raport is in essence an electronic heath record platform designed for and owned by the patient with AI capabilities to assist the patient navigate the complexities of medical care. Raport will help the user understand their current health status, provide feedback regarding ongoing or new recommendations and even prompt important questions to discuss with your providers.

Is Raport Secure?

Yes, Raport meets HIPAA guidelines for compliance with our policies and technical safeguards, similar to other electronic health records your doctor uses.  We also have comprehensive information security and privacy policies. Through our advanced event monitoring, the system security administrators receive detailed reports accounting for every action that occurs on the system.

How does Raport learn about my health?

Raport uses 3 avenues to create a summary of your current health status. Self-uploading documents, speech to text recognition while at the point of care and medical record requests.

Does Raport have a mobile app? 

At the moment we are developing as a web application. Future direction is very likely to take us towards a mobile app development but as it stands it’s a web app with mobile friendly interface so that you can use it on your phone just like an app.

Raport comes from the word Rapport and is defined as a harmonious relationship between a patient and a medical professional that’s based on trust, mutual respect, and understanding. Effective rapport can improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and treatment compliance.
